Crafting Your Order with Care

Every piece is prepared with intention. After your order is confirmed, please allow us 2–5 processing days to hand-check and package your items before they begin their journey to you (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Want your order prepared right away? Select our Skip The Line service at checkout, and we’ll prioritize processing your order to ship the very next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with trusted carriers to bring your deluxe pieces to you safely and promptly.

· Standard U.S. Shipping: A flat rate of $8.99.
· Our Gift to You: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
· Express Shipping: Currently paused to ensure reliability.
· International Friends: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note, any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by your local authorities.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its path to your door.

· Estimated Delivery after Shipment:

  · Express (when available): 1-2 business days.

Tracking Your Package:
Your tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order departs our studio. It may take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s system to show updates. You can always visit our Tracking Portal for the latest status.

The Importance of Your Address:
To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are unable to alter addresses once an order is placed.

For Our International Community:
Your order is a world traveler! Please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may be applied by your country upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and vary by destination.

· If a Package Seems Lost: Should your tracking show "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, we recommend first contacting your local post office or neighbors. If it remains missing, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS) and then email us your claim number at support@omarevealed.com. We will gladly assist you in the search.
 If an Item Arrives Damaged or Incorrect: Our quality is our promise. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours at support@omarevealed.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with thoughtfulness and speed.
